Ofni Domain Manager License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Ofni, LLC ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Ofni Domain Manager software ("Software") solely for authorized domain management purposes.

2. Authorized Use

You may use this Software only if you:

• Have authorization to access and manage the domain data in the Ofni Vault
• Are authorized personnel within your organization
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate security measures to protect sensitive information

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share access with unauthorized personnel
• Use the Software for any unlawful purposes
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Create derivative works based on the Software

5. Data Security and Privacy

The Software processes domain information locally on your device. We do not store or transmit your data to external servers. Your privacy and data security are paramount.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Licensor is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
